It covers the operational history of the VF 17 flying the F4U Corsair during the Second World War. Short biographies of Lou Fitzgerald and Merl Davenport can be found in the text. The book also includes decals for 12 aircraft (F4U-1) in 1/48 and 1/72 scale.
